Job Description

As an Enterprise SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will be responsible for helping set up new introductory meetings for our Sales Reps by delivering the Returnalyze message to targeted executive titles within our ICP targets. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conduct research to build out customized messaging to key executives in target ICP accounts. Things like corporate strategic priorities/initiatives, key executive relevant points to leverage in targeted outreach to them.
  • Follow an account-based motion following a defined process while leveraging your research to reach out to these executives in a variety of ways including e mail, voice, social media, and other effective channels.
  • Work closely with marketing to leverage various content assets in a multitude of ways to increase engagement with these target buyers that will increase chances for meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 year’s experience as an SDR in an enterprise account-based outbound motion targeting senior executives in very large enterprise retail companies.
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions with deal sizes >$150K. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with all modern sales development tools like Hubspot, Linkedin, AI research tools, prospecting tools, social media, etc.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business
  • At least five 2 years of SDR sales experience (experience selling to retailers/brands is a big plus)
